The Liferarian Association is committed to empowering rural and tribal students by creating vibrant, resource-rich libraries. Inspired by India's NEP 2020, we believe that access to relevant, up-to-date print and digital resources can transform learning opportunities, foster scientific temper, and cultivate a lifelong love of reading. Together, we can build a nation of readers!

Our Approach:

To address literacy and educational challenges, Liferarian outreach initiatives focus on:

• Providing access to print and digital materials tailored to the community’s educational needs.
• Empowering librarians, educators, and community helpers with training to promote reading, writing, and research skills.
• Supporting student well-being and academic growth through a culture of reading, learning, and curiosity-driven exploration.

How We Work to Create Impact

• Build library collection to address literacy challenges: Liferarians build curated collections of local-language and English books, including fiction and non-fiction.
• Provide technology access to be well-informed Provide technology devices such as laptops and tablets with internet access to eBooks and digital curricula
• Train & build capacity to manage to impact the community

We offer library management training, reading, writing, information & media workshops to empower librarians, community helpers, educators to create impactful learning environments in schools and communities
