Kuntal Bhandare is an experienced educator with 25 years of experience in education, including 15 years of specialising in the IB MYP and DP programmes. She has developed deep expertise in guiding students through academic rigour and supporting meaningful learning journeys.

As an Extended Essay (EE) Coordinator and Examiner for eight years, Kuntal has gained extensive experience in the research process and academic inquiry. She is also the Founder of the Librarian Association, where she empowers librarians through meaningful professional development and upskilling initiatives.

Her passion lies in teaching research skills to MYP and DP students and mentoring them through their Extended Essay journey, helping learners develop confidence, independence, and academic excellence.

Irfan Shaikh is a Senior Programme Leader for Teacher Capacity Building, IBDP Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and Extended Essay (EE) Coordinator, and MYP Individuals and Societies (INS) Teacher at Victorious Kidss Educares.

An IBEN Workshop Leader and DP Examiner, Irfan brings over 20 years of experience within the IB Continuum. His diverse experience includes leadership roles as a former Head of Library and ICT, contributing to his expertise in curriculum development, teacher learning, research, and technology integration.

He is passionate about empowering educators, supporting meaningful learning experiences, and fostering inquiry-driven approaches within the IB learning community.
