Sampatti Kadu is a seasoned IB educator and examiner with extensive teaching experience across India. For over seven years, she has served as an MYP and DP Language & Literature facilitator and examiner, specialising in criterion-based assessment and curriculum design.

As a Personal Project Coordinator with seven years of experience in supervising and examining Personal Projects, Sampatti brings deep practical insights into guiding students and educators through the complexities of the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. She is passionate about supporting meaningful learning experiences and helping students develop the skills needed to succeed within the IB learning journey.

Balvinder Kaur is an IB Examiner for both MYP Language & Literature and the Personal Project, combining classroom practice with research leadership to strengthen student inquiry and assessment literacy.

She leads the MYP Personal Project journey, mentoring students through experiential learning and supporting the development of core Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills. As a Language & Literature educator, she encourages critical text analysis, global perspectives, and sophisticated communication skills among learners.
