Supriya Mishra is a PYP educator with over a decade of experience in inquiry-based learning at Victorious Kidss Educares, Pune. She currently teaches PYP 5 and works across areas including the PYP Exhibition, literacy, curriculum development, and instructional coaching.

Her professional interests include student agency, inquiry, differentiation, inclusion, and creative approaches to learning. She enjoys designing learning experiences that provide students with meaningful choices while offering the structure and support needed to think deeply and independently.

As a PYP Exhibition mentor and coordinator, Supriya supports students in moving beyond finding answers towards asking meaningful questions, making connections, and taking purposeful action. Her current interests include exploring how these principles can shape the PYP Exhibition in an increasingly AI-influenced educational landscape.

Varsha Abuj is an experienced IB PYP educator and PYP Coordinator at Victorious Kidss Educares, Pune, with over 16 years of experience in inquiry-based and concept-driven learning. Her journey in the PYP has included teaching across grades, curriculum development, Exhibition mentoring, Action and Service, collaborative planning, and professional learning.

She is passionate about creating learning environments that foster student agency, curiosity, critical thinking, and meaningful action. As an educator and leader, Varsha is particularly interested in strengthening the connections between curriculum, learner agency, and authentic learning experiences.

She believes that powerful learning emerges when students are encouraged to question, make connections, reflect, and take ownership of their learning. Her professional interests include inquiry, inclusion, differentiation, assessment, and instructional coaching. She is committed to supporting teachers in designing purposeful learning experiences while nurturing a culture of collaboration and continuous growth. She is currently exploring how evolving technologies, including AI, can be thoughtfully integrated into inquiry-driven PYP learning.
